DACH Customer Success Director – Cyber Exposure Management, Security vendor with $200M ARR Our client, is a leading cyber exposure management and security company that helps global enterprises and public sector organizations manage cyber risk in real time—protecting everything from connected devices to cloud workloads. Intaso have been engaged to recruit a DACH Customer Success Director to join their growing EMEA team. You’ll combine technical depth with leadership, guiding a talented CS team while managing your own portfolio of key enterprise customers. Currently a team of 6 in DACH with budget to hire a further 2 going into 2026 What You’ll DoLead & Inspire: Coach, develop, and mentor a high-performing Customer Success team.Drive Adoption: Build trusted relationships with enterprise customers, aligning our platform to their business and security goals.Solve Complex Challenges: Act as an escalation point for technical issues, providing best practice guidance across deployment and configuration.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure customer needs are met and feedback drives innovation.Deliver Insight: Track customer health, identify risks and opportunities, and report outcomes to leadership. What We’re Looking For6+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or another post-sales technical role.4+ years leading or mentoring a technical team.Strong understanding of networking, systems integration, or cybersecurity.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in German and English (additional European languages a plus).Willingness to travel regionally (up to 25%).
