Job Responsibilities

You already have several years of relevant experience gained in a creative and/or digital agency

You manage employees and independently take on the management of projects and the support of our customers

You are interested in current trends, have brand experience, and are at home in the digital world

You are open to working on brand models and developing guiding principles, but also ready to implement them in a concrete campaign architecture and the corresponding ecosystems

You are a strong presenter and therefore a valued contact for your colleagues and on the client side

You enjoy working closely with the creative and media teams and have a strong affinity for generating creative ideas

You have experience with Best for Planning or comparable planning tools

You are a team player, open to discussion, flexible, and committed

You are fluent in spoken and written German and have a good command of English

You have a sense of humor and enjoy your work
