Responsibilities

Define right-fit product requirements (PRQ) for magnetic position sensors based on customer’s feedback, stakeholder needs and application assumptions

Develop product target datasheets and act as the technical interface between R&D and customers during the creation phase

Create and manage design-in collaterals, including datasheets, tools, and customer documentation during commercialization

Provide technical customer support at the product level and ensure seamless product adoption

Conduct technical trainings for external customers and internal teams (SMD/R&D) on product-level features and benefits

Collect and deliver structured market feedback to internal stakeholders to guide product innovation and improvement

Lead the distribution marketing team with a focus on magnetic sensor products

Drive marketing strategies to improve market visibility and adopt magnetic sensor solutions

Qualifications

Lead the product definition and product application engineering team focused on magnetic sensor products

Define and drive the development of right-fit product requirements (PRQ) for magnetic position sensors, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and application-specific assumptions

Develop and maintain detailed product target datasheets, providing clear technical specifications and establishing a strong foundation for product creation and market success

Serve as the primary technical interface between R&D and customers during the product creation phase, facilitating effective communication and ensuring technical alignment

Lead the creation and management of design-in collaterals, such as datasheets, tools, and customer documentation, to support seamless product commercialization and adoption

Provide expert-level technical support to customers, ensuring successful product integration and achieving design-in wins, while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction

Conduct comprehensive technical training sessions for internal teams (e.g., SMD/R&D) to enhance product knowledge and foster a culture of technical expertise. Gather and communicate structured market feedback to inform product development and continuous improvement

In addition, lead the distribution marketing team focused on magnetic sensor products, driving result-oriented marketing strategies to boost market visibility, customer engagement, and product adoption
