DNA - Global Graduate Program 2026 - EU

Our Dynamic NextGen Academy (DNA ) is a prestigious long‑term training scheme aimed at nurturing new talent for our organisation and developing your skills and expertise across multiple disciplines.

Launched in Europe, North and South America, the Program lasts four to five years, working in various positions and geographical locations. You will be assigned a role in our EU or American locations and must be prepared to move for min 18 months several times. This requires a high degree of flexibility and international mobility.

Please note that this role is not remote. Your future location will be determined after completing the onboarding training.

Your Tasks

• Undergo an initial training period in our global headquarters in Hagen, Germany
• Manage your job duties in an assigned role in engineering, production, project management or controlling (you will change location and position every 18-24 months)
• Learn how the business works in an international company with a matrix organisation and the Automotive industry
• Bring in your passion and personal dedication to build our future together
• Work on a specific project based on business needs
• Be fully flexible and mobile

Your Profile

• Completed technical degree in e.g. mechanical Engineering, chemical engineering, management engineering (e.g. BA with an engineering focus)
• 0-3 years of working experience
• Min. standard user IT skills
• Fluent English is a must
• Team player and open to working in an intercultural environment
• Full mobility in the EU/Americas or globally. For applicants in Europe, we require an EU passport.
