Dutch Customer Service Rep Coffee Industry m/f/d

Our client is one of the players in the market for coffee machines, coffee pads and is famous for his roasted coffee beans. The strong growth of this market creates new opportunities for motivated, service-oriented customer support staff (m/f/d). Our customer is represented in many city centers with own shops and sells products also via the internet. Customer loyalty is at the top of the company philosophy. This happens through membership programs and personal customer contact.


As a customer service / customer support agent you will:

  1. Support new customers: Opening a customer account, greeting customers on the phone, explaining club membership concept and receive first orders
  2. Have regular contact with customers to capture customer satisfaction
  3. Receive calls concerning problems with coffee machines and support problem solving
  4. Provide status information for the progress of larger repairs
  5. Track incoming payments

About you:

  1. Hands-on mentality and highly motivated self-starter
  2. Strong customer orientation (open to customer concerns, ability to listen, understanding customer needs)
  3. PC literate
  4. Fluent in Dutch
  5. Can work shifts
  6. High sense of personal accountability
