Role Overview:

As a Campaign Specialist , you will act as a trusted advisor to businesses aiming to strengthen their digital presence and performance. From first contact through onboarding and initial growth stages, you will support clients throughout their journey—understanding their needs, offering tailored strategies, and setting them up for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses, helping them achieve their growth goals
Identify client needs and challenges to provide effective, customized solutions
Oversee the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, presentations, negotiations, and account activation
Build and maintain strong client relationships through phone, video, and email communication
Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by recommending relevant products and strategies
Track KPIs, pipeline activity, and performance metrics to continuously improve results
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to onboarding and ongoing support
Stay informed on industry trends, digital marketing developments, and best practices

Qualifications:

Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1 level)
Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
Skills: Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities
