Role Overview:

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to businesses seeking to grow their reach and performance through digital solutions. From initial conversations to onboarding and early growth stages, you’ll guide clients throughout their journey—identifying needs, recommending effective strategies, and setting the foundation for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized business clients and support their growth objectives
Analyse client goals and challenges to recommend customised, performance-driven solutions
Lead outreach, qualification, pitching, and closing activities while supporting early account activation
Build and nurture strong client relationships via phone, video meetings, and email
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by introducing relevant products and strategies
Monitor KPIs, pipeline performance, and results to continuously refine sales approaches
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover from sales to activation and ongoing support
Stay up to date with market trends, digital advertising developments, and industry best practices

Qualifications:

Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1 level)
Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
Skills: Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities
