About the Position:
Collaborate with a global social media platform to drive impactful marketing strategies and deliver measurable results for Dutch-speaking advertisers. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in Sales or Marketing who thrive in data-driven environments and excel at providing tailored advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic consultant, guiding clients through effective digital marketing strategies.
• Analyze social media advertising analytics to identify areas for optimization.
• Maintain regular client communication via calls and emails, ensuring campaign success.
• Collaborate on the development of high-impact sales funnels and advertising strategies.
• Meet and exceed KPIs, including call success rates, campaign implementation quotas, and attendance.

Work Hours and Training:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:45 AM 5:15 PM).
• Training period: 2 weeks of theory and 2 weeks of practice (fully paid).
• Meta Blueprint Certification included during training to enhance your skillset.

Compensation Package:

• Base salary: 33,000 EUR annually (2,750 EUR monthly).
• Bonuses: Up to 7,500 EUR performance-based annually + 300 EUR monthly language bonus.
• Relocation support: Up to 1,900 EUR for international relocations or 700 EUR for domestic relocations.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Fluency in Dutch, with strong communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in Germany (valid work permit or EU citizenship).
