This role invites individuals with a passion for technology and customer service to provide support to our Dutch and Flemish‑speaking customers as they navigate our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional technical support to Dutch and Flemish‑speaking customers through online communication channels
• Diagnose and resolve a range of technical issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Guide clients through troubleshooting processes and offer clear, step‑by‑step instructions
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and troubleshooting processes in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and enhance customer experience
• Stay updated on new product releases, service changes, and technical advancements to support customers effectively

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify technical jargon for customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to assist clients
• Familiarity with customer support software and online troubleshooting tools is advantageous
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and embrace a new culture and environment
• Proactive and self‑motivated, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
