E-commerce Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Strategic development of our e-commerce system landscape (ERP, CRM, online shops, etc.)
• Responsibility for the structure and governance of our e-commerce product and master data
• Responsibility for the budget and sales planning of the xTWOstore online shop
• Design, manage and evaluate social media presence and digital marketing campaigns (such as email marketing, SEO, official website, Facebook, Google ads etc.)
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Carry out market and competitor research to identify potential, risks and trends
• Analysis of data and processes to identify growth potential and efficiency gains
• Integration and optimization of existing systems and data flows - direct integration into our cloud based IT projects (Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 BC system for Finance and Operations)
• Item creation and maintenance in the online website and ERP system/data maintenance, including our product range
• Working closely with the areas of content, social media, product management, sales, IT and external agencies to strengthen digital sales performance

Your Profile:

• Several years of professional experience in E-commerce or digital marketing, ideally holding experience from building materials industry or related sector
• Degree in business, e-commerce, digital marketing or related
• Experience in the implementation of complex digital projects with interdisciplinary teams
• High level of analytical competence, structured way of working and strong hands-on mentality
• Perfectly with experiences or skills of master data management, Magento, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 business central system
• Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work in a diversified team in a multinational environment
• Fluent in German and English
• Team player with strong organizational skills
