Ready to take the lead on a brand and play a key role in its growth? At Accel Club, we’re building a portfolio of thriving global brands — and we’re looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Lead to take one of them to the next level.
This is a high-impact role with real ownership: you’ll oversee performance, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions that directly influence brand success. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across supply chain, marketing, support, and analytics to ensure the brand operates efficiently and scales strategically.
🎯 What You’ll DoDay-to-day maintenance of the brand’s operational efficiency: - Monitor the brand’s performance analytics and metrics - Conduct thorough analyses of sales, conversion, reviews, etc. - Stay up to date with market news and updates - Check the brand’s account health on Amazon and other marketplaces (Walmart, eBay, Etsy, etc.) - Monitor and audit listings, suggesting ideas for improvement and optimizations based on customer experience feedbackEfficient and timely troubleshooting when an issue arises, alerting problems to the relevant teams or Amazon representatives, ensuring an efficient solution is achievedCollaborate with the brand management team to make sure that the brand strategy is supported by all parties and clear goals are established for all teamsWork with the customer support team to gain insights about customer experience and ensure the best practices are in place for the customer support teamCollaborate with the supply chain team to ensure products are in stock, have premium quality and updated packaging, and have all the required certificationsLead the transition and integration when we acquire a new businessDevelop strategies to increase sales and reduce costs, coordinate with project managers, and drive awareness of the brand’s dynamics and progress to all teamsProactively catch issues before they become big problems
