Electrical Site Supervisor (HV / Industrial)

Location: Germany (Onsite)

Contract: 6 months initial + 12-month extension

Language: Fluent German required

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to support a major industrial project within a metal mill environment in Germany. This is a full-time, onsite role focused on electrical installation and commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on site
• Manage subcontractors and site teams
• Ensure compliance with German regulations and HSE standards
• Support commissioning activities (FAT, SAT, energisation)
• Review electrical drawings and technical documentation
• Monitor progress and report on delays or technical issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor
• Background in metal mill / steel plant / heavy industrial environments
• Strong commissioning experience
• Experience with HV systems, switchgear, motors, drives, automation
• Ability to manage teams effectively on a 6-day working week
• Fluent German (spoken and written) – essential

This is an initial 6-month contract with a confirmed 12-month extension on a follow-on project. Interviews are taking place immediately.
