About the Role

The Electrical Site Supervisor (m/f/d) role oversees onsite supervision and quality control for GDS, GMS, and CDA electrical installations at the ESMC project in Dresden. The role is essential to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards, while maintaining installation quality and minimizing rework and project risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise onsite electrical installation works (GDS, GMS, CDA)
• Ensure compliance and control with drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Monitor installation quality and conduct inspections
• Verify Gas Cabinet/VMB/Heater Panel installation
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other disciplines (MEP/HVAC/Piping)
• Inspect detector location/height
• Check wiring/grounding/shielding and verify RS485/analog signals
• Support bump/alarm/interlock tests
• Support testing, commissioning, and system integration
• Track progress and report daily/weekly status
• Identify issues and ensure timely resolution

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
• Experience in semiconductor fab or industrial construction projects
• Familiar with related DIN /VDE /IEC standards
• TPC Germany GmbH
• Knowledge of GDS, GMS, CDA systems is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Experience in site supervision and quality control (QA/QC)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Possession of a valid German driving license (Class B)
