Our customer is a company that has been in the project business in the field of industrial automation with a focus on Linux/Open Source since 1996. With their passion for Linux, they accompany exciting and innovative projects for well-known customers in the industrial environment every day and have been doing so for over 20 years with currently 25 employees.
To strengthen the team at the company either at their headquarter in Uhldingen (Lake Constance, Friedrichshafen) or from the home office (with regular office presence) we are currently looking for a
Embedded Linux/Linux Kernel Developer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Customer support from the conception to the implementation in the embedded Linux environment
• Error analysis at the customer
• Full BSP support with hypervisor
• Container Deployment

Your profile:

• University degree in the field of computer science or comparable training
• Profound knowledge of the realtime operating system Linux in the embedded area
• Strong knowledge in the programming language C / C++
• Proficient experience in software development (web, Linux, C / C++)
• Experienced in the project management process
• Strong commitment to Open Source
• Good command of English language, German an added advantage
