EMEA Finance Development Program Associate
Job Description
Locations: Gaggenau – Germany, Barbastro – Spain, St Andreu – Spain, Tossiat – France, Györ – Hungary, Pogliano – Italy, Pommerloch – Luxembourg, Konstantynow - Poland and Istanbul, Turkey.

You will navigate into our rotational assignments in:
- Accounting
- You will gain experience in accounting and finance processes, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and internal controls. You will be exposed to financial accounting, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlling. You will develop an understanding of financial statements, month‑end closing routines, and how financial data supports operational and strategic decision‑making. You will also learn best practices in financial governance, risk management, and continuous improvement of financial processes.
- Other key functions
- You will gain exposure to other key business functions and understand how finance partners with the business. You will learn the fundamentals of business controlling, including performance analysis, KPI tracking, and investments. You will be introduced to basic tax, treasury, and audit principles, gaining insight into compliance requirements and financial policies. This will help you understand how financial transparency and controls support sustainable business performance.
- Abroad
- You will gain experience beyond the home organization by collaborating with or working with other finance teams. This provides valuable exposure to financial structures and ways of working. Working in a cross‑cultural environment strengthens your stakeholder management skills and global business understanding. The insights and best practices gained can be transferred back, enabling participants to add value in future finance leadership roles.
- Selection process
- Initial phone screens take place between 1st April – 30th April 2026.
- Recruitment events take place between 18th May – 1st July 2026.
- Program start and end
- Program start date: 1st October 2026.
- The program will end in 2028.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience including internship or student assignments.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Languages: English and another language fluent.
- EU Category B Driving License.
