The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Portfolio Leader (m/f/x)* you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Leading Sterilization Assurance Solutions and Perioperative portfolio strategy implementation in EMEA

Sharing portfolio strategy and providing product and market support to cross‑functional teams including Campaign, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales & Marketing

Facilitating the IBP Portfolio Review by providing demand forecasts and insights

Executing Global NPI’s and Commercialization Process in country and leading Portfolio lifecycle management

Price management towards tenders and channel; driving price excellence and effect; leading margin improvement initiatives

Leading local action plans to leverage Solventum penetration in customers and supporting local sales managers, channel, reps and clinical specialists

Owning growth and demand generation activities in the Sterilization care and Perioperative setting

Leading insights efforts to deepen understanding of the Sterilization and Perioperative care settings; interpreting industry trends, customer requirements, and business objectives

Identifying, developing and executing on external partnerships and other business development initiatives to increase relevance in the market

Your Skills And Expertise To set you up for success from day one, Solventum requires the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university

5+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record delivering business results

Fluent English is a must

Strong communication, analytical and marketing skills

Strategic pricing understanding

Ability to translate a global portfolio strategy into area‑adapted tactics, including prioritization of regions and/or segments

Able to move in a fast‑paced, decision‑oriented environment, influencing others

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience in marketing, product management or development working in a healthcare or medical device environment

Demonstrated success building relationships with colleagues and cross‑functional teams

Strong critical thinking skills, decisive judgment

Strong communications skills (verbal, written, presentation) with an ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences in English

Proven capability to collaborate across functions and internal structures

Work location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Hybrid: 1‑2 days in the office per week

Travel: May include up to 20% domestic & international

Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
