MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

• Basic understanding of labor relations, collective bargaining, and works council practices. Preferably experienced in employee relations or labor union negotiations.
• Ability to analyze and integrate labor‑related data and feedback to support balanced decision‑making.
• Strong communication skills with an open approach to foster constructive dialogue between management and employees.
• Intermediate English proficiency is required (English is the official working language). German proficiency is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is required / Advanced users are preferred.
• Open to frequent business trips (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Türkiye…) to engage with local subsidiaries and address labor relations issues.

Your tasks

• Collaborate with Mobis European subsidiaries (Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Türkiye, Spain, etc.) to review and establish standardized labor relations practices across Europe.
• Develop and monitor collective bargaining processes and wage agreements in each subsidiary to ensure alignment with corporate policies and local requirements.
• Build and strengthen cooperation between management and unions through practical employee relations initiatives.
• Conduct regular visits to Mobis European subsidiaries to address local labor issues, engage with HQ, and integrate feedback into employee relations strategies.
