End User Support Specialist

Stellenbeschreibung:

  • Perform monthly preventive maintenance on servers, switches, firewalls, CCTV, UPS, and access control
  • Conduct daily health checks and share reports with the IT team
  • Respond to and resolve incidents as per SLA
  • Troubleshoot and configure VLANs, Wi‑Fi, VPNs, and firewalls
  • Coordinate with OEMs for warranty claims and hardware replacement
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and document configuration changes
  • Provide end‑user support for laptops, desktops, printers, and applications
  • Submit daily, incident, and monthly reports with RCA when required

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in IT or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in enterprise IT and EUC support

Required Skills

  • Strong hands‑on experience with:
  • Switches, VLANs, Wi‑Fi
  • Firewalls and VPNs
  • Servers, CCTV, UPS, access control
  • Laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet SLAs
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Preferred Certifications

  • CCNA, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, or M365
