The Role As Account Director – Enterprise, you will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth across assigned Enterprise accounts in Germany.
This is a strategic sales role focused on long-term client partnerships, complex deal execution, and revenue expansion within large Enterprise environments.
The position is currently remote within Germany. However, due to customer proximity and anticipated regional growth, candidates must be based near Frankfurt am Main.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key Enterprise clients
Act as the primary commercial point of contact
Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Strategic Sales & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute structured account plans aligned to client objectives
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Lead complex negotiations and contract renewals
Secure new business within target Enterprise customers
Achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
Maintain accurate forecasting within Salesforce CRM
