Enterprise Account Executive – French-Speaking (Europe, Remote) Established over 20 years ago, our client is a market-leading HRTech platform, working with clients on a multi-vertical basis including the likes of Samsung, CVS and Zurich. They are a multi-award-winning organisation and have also raised north of $40M in Series C funding since their establishment. After continuous year-on-year growth, there are now expanding their Enterprise sales team in the UK; this team is a core part of the organisation and continue to see success. This is a new business focused role, managing the full sales cycle with enterprise-level clients across a wide range of sectors – successful candidates can expect to be joining a high-performing team who have had an extremely strong start to the year and are looking to replicate this for the rest of 2025. This is a remote opportunity for French-speaking candidates based in Europe. Responsibilities Identify & prospect new business opportunities within the enterprise spaceConduct product demonstrations & presentations with prospective clientsEngage in a consultative selling approach, understanding & addressing the clients’ business challenges, individual needs, and providing tailored solutionsManage a long-term sales pipeline to ensure for continued success & revenue generationManage contraction negotiations & deal closure processescollaborate with internal teams to drive success and reach customer goalsCollate & provide customer feedback when neededProvide regular reporting & insights to sales leadership team The Successful Candidate 5+ years enterprise-level SaaS sales experienceStrong HRTech background / selling software into HR teamsNew business experience is essentialAbility to speak French fluently is essentialBased in Europe Enterprise Account Executive Package Basic salary: €110,000-125,000OTE: x2Healthcare optionsPension optionsAccess to EAPContinuous opportunities for professional development & growth25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
