Manex AI is developing an LLM-native data platform for agentic production control . As an Enterprise Account Executive at Manex AI, you will introduce Tier 1 customers to one of the most technically sophisticated and best industry solutions available and accompany them from initial contact to lasting success. You combine analytical thinking with a hands-on mentality to win new customers and strategically expand existing partnerships.

What Sets You Up for Success

  • 3–7 years of experience in enterprise software sales, consulting, or industry
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication
  • Solid understanding of AI, software, and production processes
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and orchestrate stakeholders
  • Experience in the automotive sector is a strong plus
  • Business-fluent in German and English
  • Based in Munich or surrounding area, ready to go all-in with us

Hiring Process

Your Role

  • Own the full sales cycle from first meeting to close and beyond
  • Strategically navigate and expand within large international manufacturing organizations
  • Identification of process optimization potential on the shop floor and translation into concrete AI solutions
  • Build and present robust business cases to stakeholders on management and c-level
  • Develop rollout strategies to scale successful pilots into enterprise-wide deployments
