Environment, Health and Safety Manager

EHS Manager – Semiconductor Industry Weilheim or Munich surrounding area, Germany

We are looking for an

experienced EHS Manager

to join our semiconductor facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on professional with deep expertise in

Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)

management,

clean room environments , and local regulatory compliance.

What you’ll do: Establish and maintain an EHS management system aligned with international & national standards (ISO 14000, OHSAS18000). Ensure compliance, maintain existing systems, and drive continuous improvement. Coordinate

internal and external audits . Collaborate with

local authorities , accident insurers, safety regulators, and environmental agencies. Guide departments to identify risks, implement improvements, and execute safety checks, risk assessments, emergency plans, and drills. Organize and deliver

employee EHS training . What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s or Master’s in

Chemistry, Electronics, or equivalent . Certified Safety Engineer (or equivalent). 10+ years

in EHS management, ideally in the

semiconductor industry . Strong understanding of

clean room operations . Open-minded, hands-on, and cross-culturally aware. Fluent in English & German

(written and spoken). Ability to work in

multicultural, cross-functional teams . Willing to

relocate to Weilheim area , hold a

valid German work permit , and work on-site. Deep knowledge of

local regulations

and experience liaising with government authorities.
