Equipment & Maintenance Engineer Semiconductors (m/w/d)

• Installation of complex production equipment in the semiconductor industry
• Coordination and execution of diagnostics, troubleshooting, service, and repair activities
• Inspection and verification of the operational performance and functional quality of the equipment
• Training of customer staff in the operation of the equipment as well as in process technology
• Maintenance of the equipment and active involvement in the further development of process technology
• Acting as an interface between the customer on site in the fab and internal functional teams such as R&D and Sales of the equipment manufacturer
• Initiation and execution of small sub-projects
• Analysis of customer requirements related to the further development of existing equipment and process technology

Your Background

• Degree in a natural science or engineering discipline, or alternatively a completed technician qualification
• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in equipment engineering / service engineering within a semiconductor fab or with a semiconductor special-purpose equipment manufacturer
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 20–25%
