You will drive process optimization, testing and training and provide data-driven insights to harmonize and continuously improve our global operations.**Your responsibilities:*** Analyze business processes, system functionalities and data requirements* Produce and communicate functional requirements derived from gap analyses* Support development of test scripts, user acceptance testing and training* Assess current system capabilities and define required modifications* Create and maintain documentation for processes, applications and training* Collaborate closely with IT, business units and global teams to harmonize processes* Implement a strategy for continuous process monitoring and improvement**Your profile:*** Degree in a technical or business discipline* Several years of professional experience in a comparable environment, ideally in a leadership role* Solid knowledge of ERP systems (SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA)* Experience with supplier portals as well as process documentation, monitoring and training tools* Analytical mindset, strong IT affinity and excellent communication and facilitation skills* Willingness to travel internationally* Very good English skills**We look forward to receiving your application!**
