Cox Automotive is entering an exciting phase of expansion across mainland Europe. We are looking for a European Compliance & Risk Manager to ensure our operations remain compliant, resilient, and ready for the future.

Your Mission

Ensure regulatory compliance across EU markets (GDPR, AML, consumer protection, financial services).
Monitor regulatory developments and provide clear, actionable guidance.
Identify and mitigate operational and regulatory risks across multiple jurisdictions.
Drive continuous improvement in compliance processes and controls.
Deliver transparent compliance and risk reports to senior leadership and support audits.

What You Bring

Strong knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks; familiarity with German and other European requirements is a plus.
Experience in compliance and risk management across multiple markets.
Analytical mindset and structured problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and deliver training.
C1 level or above fluency in English (essential) & German (essential) or other European languages are an advantage.
Cultural awareness and adaptability for working in an international environment.
