EV Charging Operations / Project Manager (Home Installation)

We are hiring an EV Charging Operations / Project Manager to build and scale our home charger installation operations across Europe.

You will be responsible for managing installer networks, driving project delivery, and ensuring high-quality, compliant installations.

• Build and manage a network of certified electricians (freelance & installation partners)
• Manage end-to-end installation process (survey → planning → installation → commissioning). Ensure compliance with local electrical standards. Monitor contractor performance (quality, SLA, cost)
• Improve installation efficiency and customer experience
• 3+ years experience in EV charging, energy, field service, or technical project management. Experience managing contractors / installer networks
• Basic understanding of electrical systems (single-phase / three-phase)
• Strong execution and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and German is a plus

Electrical background, certifications, or hands-on installation experience is a strong plus
