We are a remote-friendly company and support flexible working including nationwide remote work in Germany. # What to expect in this roleAs our Event & Brand Experience Manager you will plan, organise and execute trade shows, conferences, webinars and company events. You will ensure a consistent Recare brand presence across all events and communication channels and work closely with Marketing, Product and Sales to align events with company goals. You will be travel-ready for up to 20% travel.* Plan, organise and execute trade shows including booth design, registration and coordination of marketing and promotional materials.* Manage Recare presence at conferences, keynotes and panel discussions, including negotiations with organisers, sponsors and partners.* Organise and run Recare-owned events such as customer events, workshops and internal company events.* Plan and coordinate webinars (internal formats and with external partners).* Own end-to-end event execution from concept and detailed planning to on-site delivery.* Ensure a consistent Recare brand experience across events and channels.* Manage budgets, timelines and external vendors to deliver high-quality, efficient and on-time events.* Prepare timely reports of relevant KPIs to make event success measurable and support data-driven decisions.* Be travel-ready and accept travel up to 20% as required. # Benefits and cultureWork with purpose — your work impacts patients and clinical staff in the healthcare sector.
