Your mission

We are looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to back one of our Founders (Chief Commercial Officer) in his daily business.

This role combines elements of a traditional executive assistant and a founder’s associate. Offering exposure to high-level meetings, strategic discussions, and business development activities.

The position requires someone proactive, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Founder in managing daily priorities, calendar, and communications
• Help prepare meetings by gathering information, drafting materials, and ensuring readiness
• Take notes during meetings and track follow‑ups to ensure execution
• Assistin preparing presentations, reports, and internal documents
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and scheduling
• Support travel planning and expense tracking
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations

Your profile

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, coordination, consulting, research, or similar roles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured way
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders or leadership
• Exposure to calendar management, meeting coordination, or executive support
• Experience preparing presentations or structured documents
• Fluent in English and German

Nice to have

• Interest in technology, defense, or public affairs
• Experience in startups, scale‑ups, or fast‑paced environments

• Willingness to travel
• Citizenship of a NATO member or close ally is required
