Job Title: Executive (Production)

Location: Rudrapur

Experience: 3 years of experience in manufacturing/production environment

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial or related field)

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify and eliminate unsafe conditions and behaviors on the shop floor.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks. Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Promote a strong safety culture among team members.
• Ensure production meets defined quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor in-process quality checks and ensure adherence to quality control plans.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication & inter-personal skills.
