Experienced Consultant - Service Operations at McKinsey & Company. This role focuses on solving operational challenges, digital transformation, and building long-term capabilities for clients in service-oriented industries.

You will be based in one of our European offices as part of our Operations Practice.
The Operations Practice helps clients solve complex operational challenges by blending strategic thinking with hands-on practicality. McKinsey’s Service Operations service line assists clients to create and execute service strategies that improve customer experience, effectiveness, and bottom-line impact across end-customer services and internal back-office operations.
You will play an active role in problem-solving for clients, including identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing analyses, and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations. You will shape clients’ digital agendas, develop next-generation operational models, and digitally transform end-to-end journeys using advanced analytics, robotics, and agile methodologies in service-oriented industries. You will assist client teams in developing strategies and technology roadmaps for implementing processes and operating systems that support connected digital service operations.
You will also gain new skills and receive exceptional training, frequent coaching, and ongoing mentorship from colleagues and senior leaders.
