Your tasks (depending on seniority)

• Independent setup, development and management of your specialized market
• Strategic consulting for clients at the decision-maker level
• Acquiring and expanding long-term customer partnerships
• Control of the entire recruiting process (360°) or focus on individual value creation stages
• Mentoring, coaching or leading consultant teams (in leadership roles)
• Active contribution to the further development of our business in Germany

Your profile

• Several years of experience in personnel consulting , recruitment or in a consulting-related environment
• Demonstrable success in business development, candidate management, or leadership
• Market understanding in one of our or adjacent segments (e.g. Finance, Data & AI, Sales, Interim)
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high personal responsibility and consulting skills
• Very good German and English skills
• Openness to new structures, markets, or further development steps
