Grant Thornton Luxembourg is currently seeking an Experienced Valuation Analyst to start as soon as possible .

Main responsibilities

• Support your Director and Partner in developing our valuation desk and maintains excellent client relationships;
• Participate in valuation engagements, including business valuations, strategic and valuation reviews;
• Take part in the structuring of private equity and real estate transactions;
• Design valuation and pricing models;
• Tackle challenging valuations for options and warrants;
• Perform valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private securities, using accepted and relevant approaches and theory;
• Participate in real estate valuations;
• Interview clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement;
• Present your conclusions in written reports.

Main requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Management;
• From 1 to 4 years’ experience in Valuation in an audit or consulting firm, or as analyst in an investment bank, asset manager, private equity house or rating agency (ideally in Luxembourg );
• Fluent in English (any other language is considered an asset);
• Enrolment in a professional qualification such as CFA, CAIA is a plus;
• Attention to details and willingness to take on responsibilities inside our team;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to prioritise tasks and master new industries quickly.
