Freelance Lecturer – Fundamentals of Quality

We are currently looking for freelance lecturers f/m/d for our School of Technology and Architecture for the subject of Fundamentals of Quality for the period from October 12, 2026, to February 12, 2027 in Heidelberg.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of content in module Engineering fundamentals of Mathematics
• Conducting on‑site lectures at Campus Heidelberg
• Preparation and delivery of 280 teaching hours + 40 tutoring (2 Groups) in 3 modules in 5‑week blocks each
• Ensuring fully professional English‑language teaching
• Focus on practical topics like Applied Mathematics for Engineering, Calculus I & II, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, Discrete Mathematics

Profile

• M.Eng. or equivalent
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Valid working visa (contract not eligible for visa sponsorship)
• Experience in teaching or practice in areas of mathematics
• Willingness for on‑site teaching without online options
