Your mission

At Wandelbots, we believe a well-managed office is the heartbeat of innovation. As our Facilities & Office Manager, you'll be the master of our workspace symphony, seamlessly blending hands-on problem-solving with meticulous administration and coordination. From troubleshooting everyday challenges to coordinating office logistics and fostering a collaborative atmosphere, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our team humming with creativity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage building-related issues and repairs, while overseeing office logistics.
• Support automation engineers in setting up robot cells and warehouse operations.
• Lead and coordinate our facility management team to maintain operational readiness.
• Manage fleet and travel expenses to optimize efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative office culture and support internal teams as needed.

Your profile

• Proven experience in office and facility management roles.
• Strong technical background to solve onsite problems directly.
• Interest in emerging technologies such as 3D printing.
• Open-minded with a can-do attitude, willing to support wherever needed.
• Fluency in German and English languages.
• Willingness to work onsite most of the time.
