Description

The Facility Management is the hub for managing and maintaining our operational facilities. A team with a broad range of technical skills ensures that all resources are used efficiently and the facilities are always kept in optimum condition. The focus is on tasks ranging from maintenance and repairs to infrastructure improvements.

We are looking for committed employees who would like to strengthen our team with their know-how and problem-solving skills and further drive efficiency in facility management.

Skill Check

• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Experience in caretaking and gardening
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Strong customer and service focus
• Good written and spoken German skills
• Class B driver’s license

Challenge Check

• Independent control, maintenance, and care of the property and its outdoor area
• Carrying out and repairing minor repairs and carrying out structural alterations
• Clearing and gritting services as part of winter maintenance
• Support in the care and maintenance of large machines (with the assistance of specialist personnel)
• Maintenance and care work on the company premises
• Courier services
