Facility & Travel Manager (m/f/x)

Your mission

For our location in Gräfelfing (greater Munich area), we are looking for an experienced Facility & Travel Manager (m/f/x) to ensure the smooth operation, safety, and efficiency of our corporate office while delivering high-quality, end-to-end business travel support for employees. This role serves as a key interface between internal stakeholders, the landlord, and external service providers, contributing to a positive workplace experience, operational continuity, and ongoing improvement across facilities, services, and travel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and operation of building systems (water, electricity, air conditioning, fire protection).
• Act as the main point of contact with the landlord and property management for all facility-related matters.
• Manage and supervise janitorial and cleaning services, as well as external vendors, contractors and service providers.
• Coordinate installation, relocation, and removal of office and technical equipment.
• Support office moves, refurbishments, and minor space reconfigurations.
• Manage facility-related requests from employees in a responsive and service-oriented manner.
• Ensure proper waste management and disposal (plastic waste, glass, cartonage).
• Coordinate employee travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transport) and serve as the main contact for travel management companies and service providers.
• Maintain travel documentation, reporting, and duty-of-care procedures.

Your profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in facility or office management in a coporate environment.
• Track record of managing and collaborating with external vendors (e.g. landlord, cleaning services).
• Solid understanding of workplace services and building services in office setting.
• Experience managing travel operations is a strong advantage.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Service-oriented and problem-solving mindset, with attention to safety and compliance.
• Very good German and English proficiency.
