Field Marketing Manager DACH at Agicap

Agicap was created in Lyon in 2016 by three French entrepreneurs. It is one of the fastest scale‑ups in Europe, with over 8 000 customers, 650 employees, and revenue growth of 7× between 2021 and 2024. Agicap is part of the French Tech 120 and has raised €145 M, led by VC funds such as AVP, Greenoaks, Partech and BlackFin.

Agicap helps finance teams of mid‑market companies manage cash, forecast, pay suppliers and get paid by combining a Treasury Management System with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable solutions.

We are expanding internationally and are looking for a talented Field Marketing Manager to drive growth in the DACH market.

Role Summary

As a Field Marketing Manager you will partner with the Junior Marketing Manager, local sales and partnership teams, and the global marketing team. You will report to Lisa Schöberl, Global Head of Field Marketing, and maintain close communication with Max Springer, General Manager for the DACH market.

Your key responsibility will be to analyse and report on campaign effectiveness to inform future investments.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns to drive lead generation in the DACH market.
  • Utilise a mix of marketing channels to build awareness and progress prospects through the funnel.
  • Collaborate with headquarters to execute localised performance marketing campaigns and strategically place content in diverse media.
  • Optimise new and existing partnerships with the Partnerships team.
  • Manage field and regional events, both virtual and in‑person, including logistics and speaker coordination.
  • Communicate plans and details across teams to build strong relationships and alignment.
  • Analyse KPIs and insights to target prospects effectively and optimise campaign performance.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to target messaging effectively.
  • Refine activities to maximise ROI and focus on demo and MRR generation.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective enablement and follow‑up.
  • Cultivate the AGICAP brand as a leading authority in cash‑flow management software in the DACH market.
  • Independently manage projects, including customer video testimonials, from requirements gathering to completion.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German with strong business proficiency, English required as well.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a rapidly evolving environment, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector and mid‑market focus.
  • A highly sales‑oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional project management abilities coupled with excellent communication skills.
  • Ambitious, goal‑driven, and hands‑on approach to tasks.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and in a structured manner, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Enthusiastic team player dedicated to achieving collective success.
  • Experience working with complex teams across multiple geographies and cultures.
