Role Overview

Your main mission will be to help sales grow our business in Germany using a variety of marketing tactics including digital campaigns, social media, and events, supported by global marketing teams. You will report to the Country Manager and work closely with sales to ensure marketing aligns and contributes to pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage marketing budgets.
  • Plan integrated campaigns throughout the fiscal year.
  • Build buyer journeys with the most efficient tactics.
  • Collaborate with the DACH PMM to define campaign topics and messaging.
  • Create or outsource SEO‑optimised content.
  • Drive, adjust, and analyse campaign performance.
  • Report on performance and results.
  • Work with sales on lead scoring.
  • Manage local website and marketing assets in partnership with global teams.
  • Build and execute local social media strategy with the global communication team.
  • Identify and organise events to enhance Lucca’s presence.
  • Share field insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders.

Objectives

  • Generate and nurture high‑quality leads for sales.
  • Establish local KPI benchmarks.
  • Improve brand awareness and preference in the German market.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker and fluent in English.
  • 5‑7 years of experience in the SaaS or HRIS sector in Germany with a proven marketing track record.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; experience launching a foreign company in the German market preferred.
  • Results‑oriented, curious, self‑motivated, and willing to tackle big challenges.
  • Strong operational spirit and hands‑on approach.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to represent the company internally and externally.
  • Team‑player, adaptable, and comfortable working with diverse cultures.

Recruitment Process

  1. Phone interview with Talent Acquisition Manager (30 min).
  2. Manager interview (60 min).
  3. Case study and interview with future colleagues (60 min).
  4. Final interview (45 min).
