As Field Sales Lead, you will be responsible for building and scaling our new Field Sales function in Germany from the ground up. This role requires a senior leader who can operate with autonomy, deliver execution at pace, and shape a strategic roadmap whilst rolling up their sleeves. You'll lead by example – actively contributing to sales in the early stages while hiring, coaching, and structuring a high-performing team.
You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver results in an evolving market, aligning with stakeholders across Marketing Verticals and Product Team. You’ll be accountable for acquisition targets through both face-to-face and telephone sales, as well as leading strategic events and partnerships that accelerate growth.
This role is critical to establishing a high-impact commercial team in Germany, and you will be expected to operate at both a strategic and tactical level.
