About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service & Software Engineer to provide hands‑on technical support, installation, troubleshooting, and software assistance for cutting‑edge mask inspection systems. This role bridges hardware and software, ensuring equipment operates at peak performance while supporting programming, data analysis, and remote diagnostics.

What You’ll Do:

• Install, repair, maintain, and calibrate precision semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
• Respond to technical inquiries and provide remote troubleshooting support.
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining accurate service documentation.
• Train customers on equipment operation, safety, and maintenance.
• Support customer applications and collaborate with international software teams.
• Submit detailed service and administrative reports promptly.
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices across the service team.
• Manage tools and parts, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the semiconductor or precision equipment support industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of optics, lasers, robotics, and precision mechanics.
• Ability to read schematics and work with pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, and thermodynamics.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with international teams.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with high‑value semiconductor equipment installation and service.
• Proficiency with digital multimeters, hand tools, and remote diagnostics.
