Your Responsibilities

• On-site support for schools and business customers
• Independent error analysis and incident creation
• Installation/configuration of the IT infrastructure at the customer’s site
• Performing administrative and maintenance tasks
• Creating documentation and maintaining the knowledge base
• Training IT contacts (m/f/d)
• Further development of digital products for customers

You are very familiar with common PC operating systems in the MS Windows environment. You have experience supporting printers and other IT peripherals as well as networks. Ideally, you have already worked with a ticketing system. You work just as well independently as you do in a team and are willing to learn new topics. You are characterized by a strong technical understanding, a pronounced focus on service and solutions, and a structured and meticulous approach to work. You hold a Class B driver’s license. Fluency in spoken and written German is required—English is a plus.
