Filics is entering the go-to-market phase. The market pull is real, and a large share of demand is concentrated in Northern Germany. This region has become one of the most active for Filics, yet today we serve it only from Munich. That distance limits our ability to build presence, respond quickly, and develop the depth of relationships that customers expect.
The challenge is to turn strong inbound demand into structured commercial success. This means being present with customers, visiting them regularly, and converting interest into real deployments and long-term partnerships. It also means capturing insights from every conversation to shape our product, sharpen our positioning, and build a scalable go-to-market model.
