Finance Specialist – Launch Program

Location: Neckartenzlingen, Germany. Under the Launch Program you will have structured development, cross‑functional exposure, and at least one regional rotation in another Belden EMEA location during your second or third year.

Impact Areas

• Finance Team – contribute to finance initiatives and cross‑functional projects, combining hands‑on analysis with exposure to global operations and senior stakeholders.
• Rotations – across different Belden brands, locations, and technologies, gaining exposure to various business units and countries within EMEA.
• Collaboration – with other Launch Program participants through interactive, hands‑on learning experiences.
• Skill Development – deepen understanding of systems, develop business acumen, functional, commercial, and leadership skills.
• Coaching & Mentoring – from an experienced Belden leader throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Passion & enthusiasm – eager to take on challenges and learn quickly.
• Education – Master’s degree in business administration with a major in Finance, Strategy, Controlling, Accounting or similar.
• Leadership potential – aiming to grow into a management career.
• Professional experience – at least two relevant internships or a maximum of two years of work experience.
• Languages – fluent in English; basic level of Dutch and/or German, further languages are advantageous.
• Flexibility & mobility – willing to relocate for at least one rotation and travel across Europe.
