Your Role

Thisroleencompasses a broad spectrum ofcomplianceand financial leadershipresponsibilities, including:

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the Munich-based Finance team, empowering them to achieve excellence and deliver meaningful impact.

Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of high-quality financial reports while ensuring compliance and robust financial controls across regional offices.

Process Optimization: Drive the optimization of financial processes, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and adaptability to meet the demands of a dynamic business environment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with local and global teams to align finance strategies with broader organizationalobjectives.

Stakeholder Engagement: Actively contribute to quarterly and annual reviews, providing insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Leadership Culture: Foster a coaching-focused, feedback-driven environment that supports team growth and development.

Qualifications

• University degreewith focus onFinanceor a related field
• 5+ years of experiencewithin the area of Finance, ideally with exposure to shared services across multiple locations
• 2+years of provenleadership experience; you have successfully led, developed, and enabled teams
• Extensive experience in financewith a focus on cross-border activitieswithin the DACH region
• Profound knowledge of German financial regulations and practices(HGB, German tax laws);familiarity withSwissorAustrian financial legislation is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skillswith the ability to buildeffective relationshipsacross diverse teams and stakeholders
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• A forward-thinking approach that thrives in change and fosters innovation
