Based in Berlin, Germany. This role requires a minimum of 3 days per week in‑office presence.
As the IT Team Lead at Lingoda, you will champion a customer‑first approach to our Business IT, supporting colleagues with their IT needs. You will oversee the reliability and security of core office tools, Google Workspace environment, backups, SaaS providers, Zoom Rooms, and hardware/laptops. Leading with a customer‑focused mindset, you will foster a visible and accessible IT presence in the office, manage the team to resolve requests efficiently to ensure SLAs are met, and proactively manage vendor relationships, contracts and licences, aligning technical projects with company OKRs to ensure a seamless, supportive experience for all Lingodies.
This role reports to the Head of Business Technology.
