Financial Accounting Specialist

Language Requirements

• Chinese and English are mandatory
• Proficiency in at least one additional language (German, French, Spanish, or Dutch as a plus)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial operations for subsidiaries (e.g., Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands)
• Perform treasury tasks, including payments, cash management, and bank reconciliation
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, conduct basic financial analysis, and communicate with relevant teams to collect and consolidate budget data
• Assist with treasury (cashier) tasks and other finance-related activities as required in a shared service center environment
• Communicate and coordinate with subsidiaries and internal teams
• Support accounting processes, including general ledger and sub-ledger entries
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP, particularly German HGB
• Support audits and financial reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Preferred major: Business Administration (BWL), with focus on Accounting / Controlling, or Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, basic knowledge of HGB is preferred
• Knowledge of IFRS is an advantage
• Relevant internship experience in finance or accounting is a plus
