First-Line Manager (German & English)

Negentrix Holding is an educational company with a mission to help people integrate into Germany through practical education and employment.

We operate three schools — IT Career Hub, DWW Akademie, and Beam Institute of Technology — where we train students for in-demand professions and support them all the way from choosing their career path to securing their first job.

Our audience consists of people for whom German is not their native language, but Germany is their new home. We know how to help them become part of society and succeed professionally.

We are currently looking for a First-Line Manager (German & English) to handle inbound calls from our clients. No cold calling here — only warm and targeted leads.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Respond to all incoming inquiries within 5/7 minutes.
  
• Follow up on missed calls promptly, adhering to our contact protocol.
  
• Collect initial information from clients, strictly following the script.
  
• Engage in written communication with clients (via WhatsApp/Email).
  
• Accurately log deals in the CRM and manage the sales funnel efficiently.
  
• Make outbound calls for various purposes: inviting people to webinars, notifying them about promotions, conducting customer development interviews, etc.
  

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and fluent speech.
• Sociability: You'll be talking a lot with different kinds of people.
• Friendliness and the ability to connect with others.
• A love for working with people.
• Emotional stability and the ability to quickly adapt to unexpected situations.
• A desire to grow and develop in sales.
• Fluent English and German (both spoken and written).
• Russian language is a strong plus.
  
• Fixed salary of €500 + KPI-based bonus: €5 for every lead where a manager arranges a consultation.
• Well-established scripts and procedures.
• Contract with a German company.
• Full-time position: 5 days a week. Two days from 12 PM to 9 PM, the other three days from 10 AM to 7 PM (CET).
• Work at an international Education Center; your future colleagues include employees from leading German and American IT companies.
