Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to Flemish-speaking customers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone
Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues
Resolve problems efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to improve service offerings and customer experience
Stay informed on company services and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

Fluency in Flemish and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is advantageous
