Foundation Partnerships Manager (Part Time)

Location: Bonn or Berlin, Germany (home office arrangements possible).

Position: 50% part-time, initially until as a parental leave replacement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing relationships with foundation partners and identify opportunities to deepen collaboration.
• Develop tailored project proposals for foundations with colleagues worldwide.
• Represent Welthungerhilfe at conferences, events, and within various networks, building valuable connections with potential new partners.
• Coordinate the preparation of reports and presentations that make our work transparent and compelling for current and prospective foundations.
• Ensure that all contractual and administrative processes related to foundation partnerships run smoothly.

Qualifications

• University degree or comparable qualification with at least 3 years of professional experience in an NGO or in areas such as sales, marketing, or key account management.
• Comfortable operating in a variety of contexts and interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, adapting approach appropriately.
• Independent, proactive work style, and enjoyment of contributing and implementing new ideas.
• Passion for social justice and motivation to contribute to combating hunger and poverty worldwide.
• Awareness of data use and eagerness to develop data-informed approaches.
• Persuasive written and spoken communication skills; English proficiency required; German is an asset.
