Founders Associate - Visibility, Brand & Communication Design

We're building agentic AI that masters product complexity for industrial companies. We've raised our pre-seed round from top-tier angels and VCs and are working with German industrial manufacturers with >€1Bn revenue. Our guided selling AI agents help customers find the right product reliably, and we're building nexus – our product data layer for AI agents across sales, support, marketing and product management.

What you'll do

• Make nexwise discoverable across customer, talent, partner, and investor touchpoints
• Write and design compelling content: product narratives, blog posts, customer stories, and brand pieces
• Design the visual identity of our communication across all materials
• Run social media like a product: create content, test formats, build audiences
• Plan and execute events and workshops, turning outcomes into lasting content
• Build lightweight brand systems and templates the team can use
• Support fundraising and hiring phases with decks, updates, and candidate materials

You're a great fit if you

• Love making things real: websites, stories, visual identity, events
• Have strong taste and can execute independently
• Write clearly and compellingly about complex topics
• Think in narratives and distribution, not just content creation
• Can switch between strategy and hands-on work (Figma, PPTX, web editing, video)
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and creating structure from chaos
• Enjoy working with people and building communities
• Speak German and English fluently

• Early-stage startup experience
• Located in or willing to relocate to Munich
